 I know by default, the "My Blogs" nav item is added to the BuddyBar (which
 has the "Create a Blog" link), but I'm going to be removing this nav item
 from my theme to save some real estate.

 In BP 1.1, the "Create a Blog" link was a subnav item under "My Account >
 Blogs", why not in BP 1.2?

 ---

 Also a "Create a Blog" button should show up on a logged-in user's blogs
 screen.  Maybe on the same line as the select option menu, but aligned
 left.
