 If I'm NOT logged in, I can see all members' updates.
 If I'm logged in, I can only see my own updates.

 I've checked it on my own site as well as on testbp.com, from where I've
 attached a screenshot.

 Perhaps there should be a separate tab for ME, after ALL MEMBERS.
