 When you are at the Forums-Directory:

 http://testbp.org/forums

 Then you walk through the pages at pagination 1,2,3,4,5,6, etc., you will
 notice that at most pages the first topic is marked with yellow-
 background-color (sticky post). It lools like a bug that the sticky-posts
 are always at the top and am not sure if those posts have been marked as
 being sticky or if its a bug.

 See for example the "page 8" and "page 10" when you walk through the
 paging.
