Comment:

 The user accounts on BuddyPress.org are shared with WordPress.org, so you
 would somehow need to arrange deletion via WordPress.org. However, I do
 not know how or if this can be done.

 Also, this trac is used for bugs in the BuddyPress software, and not for
 support requests on the .org site in general.
