 Hi!

 The different buttons to promote/demote/ban/unban members in the Group
 Members Admin tab don't have specific CSS class. I wanted to use specific
 icons for each of these buttons and had to use css-hack like a:first-child
 and a:last-child.

 I have enclosed to this message a git patch of the modifications that
 should be made to :

  * bp-groups/bp-groups-templatetags.php
  * bp-themes/bp-default/groups/single/admin.php
