 Hi ev3rywh3re, yes that's another example of the fatal error because of
 having the bp_is_active() calls scattered in the theme / Template Pack.

 I'm going to create a new ticket for removing the bp_is_active() calls, as
 that will fix that problem.

 Core devs: any additional thoughts?
