 Hi, I have tried posting this question on several sites but with no
 responses. If someone could help me out it would be much appreciated.


 1. We are having a problem with our install: When replying to messages,
 the loader icon appears and disappears, but the message never gets sent.

 Possibly related bugs are:

 2. cannot join groups from the single group list (joining works fine from
 list of groups page)
 3. cannot update activity from profile page (works fine from activity
 page)

 —

 troubleshooting:
 a. disabled all plugins (except buddypress, of course!) problem persists
 a. changed theme to Buddypress default – problem persists

 Not sure what to try next.
