 Just had to adjust Follow plugin as it does an add_action for button to
 'bp_profile_header_meta' and if moving the div.item-buttons block around
 it leaves that follow button orphaned at the bottom of div#item-meta, for
 my purposes added bp_follow_add_profile_follow_button() to the set in div
 #item-buttons.
