 I wanted to replace the screen_function called for general settings

 {{{
 under function bp_core_add_settings_nav() {
 }}}

 with my own to override bp_core_screen_general_settings

 but whatever combination I used to remove the nav item and re-add with a
 newly defined screen_function - the changes do not work. (if i modify the
 name or position - that works fine)
