 Ability to moderate post within groups similar to how wordpress handles
 comment moderation.  An option for admin to enable/disable (each group?)
 so that member with rights can approve posts for new members within each
 group.  This will help with spamming.

 Note: this is not to prevent group creation.  It is for posts.
