 I upgraded to wpmu 2.9.2 and deactivated all the components. I then re-
 activated all of them again one by one and everyone except the Forum seems
 to get activated.

 Issue: The 'Forum' tab did not show up in the main menu after re-
 activating.

 Temp. fix: Reinstall the forum.
