 I made a clean install with bp 1.1 rc.

 Members widget:
 When there's no pupular members in the members widget, the cell is getting
 pushed down aprox. 10px. This happens when the text "No members matched
 the current filter" is displayed.

 Groups widget:
 When clicking either "Newest, Active or Pupular" the cell is getting
 pushed down aprox. 5px.

 When cells are getting pushed down like that it breaks the alignment with
 other widgets and content. I've only tested the above 2 widgets, but other
 widgets might behave likewise.

 Above is only tested in IE 8.0
