 What do you think about moving HTML away from widget classes to theme
 files? Or to have an option so if there is no needed theme file in active
 theme then widget can use his inline HTML.

 I had a situation where in sitewide activities I wanted to place
 pagination after activity list and to do that I had to change the core
 file. Similar happened when I wanted to increase size of fetched
 gravatars.
