 Like on the attached screenshot, if there is a hot discussion in a
 activity element and i reply more than one time on the same element, my
 activity stream publish too many times that i comment the same element.

 I think should be better if comments are grouped like:

 Nicola commented 2 times the same element:
 hello there (see all discussion here)

 It's an enhancement, i know it might be difficult with caching. The
 activity comments feature it's too cool. congrats guys
