 people who will create a group, they will be stuck at this point here:
 (see Screenshot attached)

 They do not have any friends yet at the website, so how to invite their
 real friends which they have
 stored in their "MS Outlook" or at any other mail-program ?

 Could you please add a few simple fields at which the Group-Admin can
 "invite friends" by
 entering the "e-mail address" of friends he has on file ?

 This issue should not be that complicated to solve:
 nearly every website is providing something like "recommend to a friend"
 feature.
