 it might do the same thing, but "sending news" is currently "hidden"
 within changing of "Group-name" and "Group-description".

 It would make much more sense to separate "recent news" and marking it as
 "Group Newsletter" then having this buried within the possibility of
 changing the Groups-name or Group-description.

 Just make things simple to understand and not hide important features
 where they are hard to find.
