 @Ray, , @JJJ,

 I am not talking about "enabling" or "disabling" Blogs.

 I am just talking about putting the fields for "Create a Blog" into a
 different location than having this at the "Sign-Up-page".

 Having too many fields within the "Sign-Up-page" is also confusing for the
 user.
 Why not put these fields into a separate page ?
