 into the tab named "My Forum Topics" (or better name it "My Forums"), you
 might want to put the Forum-activity-stream into, like e.g.:

 "Username XYZ posted on the forum topic Forums Completely Re-Written in
 the group BuddyPress Testers - 1 day, 4 hours ago"
