 On my trunk (rev 2176), I deleted the v1.1 theme folders from /themes/ and
 moved in only the new /bp-default/.

 WPMU keeps trying to load _inc/ajax.php through the parent theme, creating
 a White Page of Death.  I'm assuming WPMU caches the parent theme
 name/folder in the TEMPLATEPATH constant, which is where the wrong path is
 introduced.
