Comment:

 Changeset 1636 (http://trac.buddypress.org/browser/trunk/bp-forums/bp-
 forums-bbpress.php?rev=1636) regressed changes from 1627
 (http://trac.buddypress.org/browser/trunk/bp-forums/bp-forums-
 bbpress.php?rev=1627) that had fixed the loading order of wp-admin
 /upgrade-functions.php and bb-admin/includes/functions.bb-admin.php
 I have included a patch that I tested and confirmed to fix the issue on a
 vanilla install of the latest wpmu and bp trunks.
