Hm, I don't know of such scripts, you might want to do some web searches 
on this topic. Alternatively, some code editing IDEs will allow you to 
search multiple files.

If you're using Linux, some clever use of regular expressions and sed or 
some python code could do the trick... you could write a utility in php 
too :)...

Sorry I can't help much more, I haven't had the need to get into 
translating anything for Wordpress yet.
