[buddypress-dev] Registration Problem

Hello,
I'm sperimenting a little problem on my wpmu installation with buddypress
installed.
I've the option on registration set to offer only account registration, blog
activation depends on admin action, but after new registration people get
their blog active without any admin action. Is a buddypress feature or just
something not right working?
