[buddypress-dev] Couple of Errors on Freash MU2.6 Install. Messages Tab and Friends Tab

I have been trying to work through my issues all night and I think  
sleep depravation is setting in. Anywho let me start is I had this  
problem with the stable download and the trunk download which I see  
Andy updated about an hour or so ago.

When I click Messages under the site admin I am presented with this  
error:

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]:  
First argument is expected to be a valid callback,  
'messages_settings' was given in /home/******/public_html/wp-includes/ 
plugin.php on line 311

Same error when clicking the Friends Tab:

Warning: call_user_func_array() [function.call-user-func-array]:  
First argument is expected to be a valid callback, 'friends_list' was  
given in /home/******/public_html/wp-includes/plugin.php on line 311

Also when I try to upload an image for profile use to give me an error:

  Upload Failed! Your image is likely too big.

When I can upload the same image to testdrivewpmu.com and crop it  
with no problems

Suggestions?
