[buddypress-dev] Core 0.2, Messaging 0.3 & Default Theme 0.2

I've now checked in and tagged the following:

  - Core v0.2
    - various function updates
    - new template notices function
    - adds support for pretty urls for components

  - Messaging v0.3
    - Full support for private messaging in default theme with  
extensive template tags.
    - Added admin ability to send site wide notices
    - Added pagination and ajax ability to mark as read/unread and  
delete
    - Re-wrote DB tables for full support of multiple recipients.  
Separate usernames with commas.

  - Theme v0.2
    - New BuddyPress theme design
    - Support for Blogs, Profiles, Private Messages.
