[buddypress-dev] Privacy component

I've already had the fun of setting up a WPMU site that enforces blog
level security on those criteria along with group membership, but I
think it would be a disservice to a "social network" such as BP to
require end users to setup and maintain multiple blogs if they want to
have different privacy settings.
