Cass, we won't be modifying the interface massively. Both the design  
tab and settings tab have been re-enabled and all we've done is merge  
the manage and write tabs into one blog tab.

Once we're closer to the finish line, there should be no WPMU features  
that you can't access in BuddyPress.
