 wp-admin/index.php dashboard would not fully load.

 It was failing after 3/4 of the way through the first widget "Right Now."

 It seems to be failing when trying to pull up theme information.

 I was able to subdue the problem by commenting out line #180

 //$theme_data = implode( ”, file( $theme_file ) );

 On file wp-includes/theme.php
