#1049: Editing Blog Settings as Admin fails

When editing a blog through the administrative interface under WPMU 2.8.1,
you can not save any setting changes; attempts to do so result in a screen
that says "Are you sure you want to do this? Please try again".

 To recreate:

 1. Login to WPMU as the site administrator
 2. Go to Site Admin > Blogs
 3. Mouse over a blog and click the "Edit" link.
 4. Change any option and then click "Update Options" (e.g. pick a new
 theme).
 5. Instead of an on-screen confirmation, a new page loads that says ""Are
you sure you want to do this? Please try again"

However, if I go into the backend for the problem blog, and then repeat
the steps above, the settings update. I'm guessing that the blog ID isn't
being passed properly when you're working at the admin level.

 This wasn't a problem under 2.7.1
