 I am also in favor of the current behavior - the need to have mu-plugins
 neatly put into subdirectories would only arise if you have a whole lot of
 them, and if you do you are doing it wrong ;-)

 Anyways we should either have a discussion about that in the forums or
 Donncha should decide one way or the other.
