 I made some additional adjustments with the users.patch that should help
 with usability and consistency on the Site Admin > Users page. The new
 users.patch file should be used instead of the gravatar.patch file. Some
 changes include:

 * Added gravatars next to usernames
 * Changed page heading from "Users" to "[SITE NAME] Users" to
 differentiate from the blog Authors and Users page
 * Renamed and reorganized columns to match blog Authors and Users page
 (e.g. changed "Login" to "Username")
 * Added descriptive text next to the pagination links (e.g. "Displaying
 121–135 of 143")
 * Added checkbox to select entire page of users at one time
 * Added row-action style links to edit user accounts and began work on a
 row-action style link to delete user accounts
 * If the blog path is "/", do not display the blog path in the list of
 blogs

 And, I don't know if you need to know this or not, but these changes were
 made on my copy of WPMU 2.7
