 Yes, but if you're using trunk I expect you'll know to do that if you want
 to try this as I'm still unsure about it. I bumped the db_version on my
 test server and it worked fine but I'm the only user there.

 #335 was closed but it suggests adding a UNIQUE index to blog options
 tables.
