 In the wpmu-functions.php file in the wpmu_welcome_user_notification
 function, there is an apply_filter so that a plugin can amend the body of
 the email (update_welcome_user_email) that is sent to users after they
 have made and activated a new user account.

 The subject line of the email, however, is hardcoded. Please would you
 consider changing this so that we can change it in a similar way to the
 body of the email?  Thanks.
