 I would love for a site admin to have the ability to customize the
 dashboard for new users.  Seems to be a very common question and some what
 of a pain to edit and test the dashboard with each new release.  I've seen
 a couple plugins, but none that work well with 2.7.  I know you can hack
 to get this accomplished, but it's just one less thing that I would have
 to remember after each upgrade :)
