Comment:

 Is not only a problem of textarea oversize. My bloggers experienced red
 font instead of black one, impossibility to add link and images.

 Each problem was on different blog. But I see everything ok.

 So I just write by myself a post with link and image on each single blog
 of my network, and everything goes ok for everyone. Everybody sees now all
 in the right way, and all seems to work fine.

 I suppose is a problem of updating after the upgrading. Probably about
 updating single user or single blog? (of course I have clicked a lot on
 the "update" link in the admin area...)
