 Yeah sure is, however not giving them the option to create a blog until
 they're validated and logged in is what i'm shooting for with that
 additional option.

 Since in what i'm doing i'll have more reader's registering to post on
 individual blogs I just think it would be advantegous to not clutter up
 the list of available blogs by people just screwing around on signing up
 and adding a blog at that time even though they'll never use it.
