 I'm getting requests for these files from the wp-includes/js/scriptaculous
 subdirectory:

 wp-slider.js
 wp-controls.js
 wp-dragdrop.js
 wp-effects.js
 wp-builder.js

 Um, they're not there in that directory nor are they in the trunk here in
 trac.
