 Are you willing to add filters to wpmu-users to hide the add user bits?
 We have the need to override the functions with the ldap plugin so we can
 automagically create users in the system that exist in ldap, but have
 never logged into the blog.

 We would also need to modify users.php, but that will probably need to be
 modified in regular wordpress.

 I am willing to make the necessary code changes as long as there are no
 issues with this.
