 Enabling Plugins-Menu in wp-admin/wpmu-options.php after disabling it
 leads to a blank page. Just installed untouched 1.2.4.
 "Enable plugins menu, disable plugins menu, and try to enable again."
 Funny since enabling it the first time works just fine. I don't catch any
 php errors (might be due to some false settings since I'm a newbie)
