[wp-xmlrpc] New XML-RPC features in WP3.1 ?

Also, we extended metaWeblog.newPost, metaWeblog.editPost, and
metaWeblog.getPost to support the new post format feature.  We've also added
wp.getPostFormats to return an array of supported post formats for the site.
