[wp-xmlrpc] Import support?

I don't think that anyone has written an importer that uses XML-RPC or  
AtomPub.

I suppose you could do that, though we really should provide a way to  
tell WP that the new data is part of an import (some parts of WP  
behave differently if an import is happening).
