Hi all,<br><br>My name is Ash Goodman and I have been working with wordpress off and on since 2006. LAst year I tooka decision with my web design business to focus exclusively on wordpress. Most of my clients are not bloggers and are not looking for any specific solution by name. What they want is a website that is easy to manage. I have been working hard with wordpress to develop something more user friendly and intuitive to use. I feel wordpress is an amazing platform (or I wouldn't have focussed on it) but sadly the community can be very elitist at times. I am hoping to get more involved in order to contribute and learn. I am just scratching the surface of PHP but am old hat at markup and CSS.<br>

My name is Kevin Cristiano and I have been involved with wordpress since<br>
early 2006. My location is the NYC metro area. My main focus has been<br>
themes and moving clients to Wordpress from static sites. My main<br>
background has been in databases from MSSQL (day job) and MySQL (WP).<br>

As far as special talents that can be made use of for UI/UX I have gotten<br>
the feedback of the clients I work with on the difficulties they have with<br>
the current UI.<br>
<br>
The one thing I would like to address is a better way to manage pages (not<br>
just the Menu Maintenance, but a way to organize pages in the back end.<br>

Hello all,<br>

My name is Daniel Koskinen. I'm a WordPress consultant from Tampere,<br>
Finland (UTC +2). I've been tinkering with WP since version 1.0 and<br>
doing professional work for clients with it for the last 2 years. I<br>
have an education in Interactive technology and experience in both<br>
formal and informal usability testing. I believe this is an area where<br>
I can help - I'd be specially interested in helping out in the testing<br>
of current and new designs for the Post Thumbnail feature. Also<br>
anything related to the upcoming custom post types (if there is going<br>
to be an UI for that) would interest me. I haven't got my own<br>
usability lab with one-way windows, but I do have Silverback and a<br>
couple of laptops. :)<br>
