[wp-ui] Admin header background color: light or dark?

Very good idea.  Some sort of options for the WP admin would be a huge bonus!

You could then use RGBA w transparent PNGs to include the colour on modern browsers and plain old hex sans png for non css3 browsers.

I agree, many times I mix up my sites, and having a way to personalize the color would be nice.

Hi Victoria. Sorry you don't like it, but the majority of people really seem to like the changes, and visually impaired people have also reported it being easier to read.
