 This has an issue on the Gutenberg repository, where it belongs, which
 does not have a pull request associated with it yet. I do not know if any
 //new// controls use the small font size, but the content width and wide
 width settings still have the tiny `select`. If you would like to create a
 pull request and/or find additional implementations, you could add that to
 https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/37804
