 Doing an accessibility check on a site I found that
 [wp_dropdown_categories](https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/wp_dropdown_categories/)
 generates a ''<select>'', without any label.

 I think a good solution could be to add to the function args the
 possibility to set the ''aria-label'' attribute.
