 I do agree that the setting is "set it and forget it", but I think we want
 to make sure it's easily discoverable by users - especially while it's
 currently opt-in. We know users miss the screen options tab all the time,
 even when they're actively looking for settings, so I'd rather not see us
 essentially hide this one in a similar location.
