 It would be better to use Vanilla JS in wordpress core and then feel free
 to do whatever developers want to load jquery 3.0 or not to use jquery
 depending on developers' intentions. Please remove Jquery in WordPress
 core and move to Vanilla JS. This is the development trend not to use
 Jquery, but Wordpress.
