 Do we have any feeling on what impact this will have on sites with a large
 number of comments that need updating?

 So, as an example, I've been asked this by a site owner that currently has
 around 4.5 million comments. Batching up in 100, do we have an idea of how
 long this might take and what's the impact whilst this is running?
