 In 50612.diff:
 - Fix the "Cancel and go back" button to do a cleanup (delete the
 attachment and file).
 - In the Media Library list view, hide attachments for recently uploaded
 install/update packages when scheduled to be deleted in the next two
 hours.
 - Hide the "Replace current with uploaded" button in 1 hour and 59
 minutes. The attachment/file will be deleted in 2 hours.

 Think this fixes the edge cases, please test :)
