Comment:

 Patch refresh, keeps current updates and fixes
 `wp_get_attachment_metadata()`, `wp_update_attachment_metadata()` and
 `wp_get_attachment_url()`. Additionally, while creating this patch I'm not
 sure the `wp_get_attachment_thumb_file()` function has worked properly for
 awhile.
