 Whenever I am changing my locale to Espanol and then trying to create /
 edit a post I am getting this:

 Failed to load plugin url: http://local.mysite.com/wp-
 includes/js/tinymce/langs/es.js
 }}}

 Is `es.js` supposed to be in `wp-includes/js/tinymce/langs` folder? If
 yes, they are not present. Downloaded a fresh copy of WordPress 4.7.4 and
 looked into the above folder. Only file I can see is `wp-langs-en.js`.
